Fujitsu Forum Tokyo, the company's largest annual event, will be held May 14-16 2014 at the Tokyo International Forum in Japan. 12,000 IT decision-makers and experts from around the world are expected to attend.

Fujitsu Forum 2014 will feature seminars and exhibitions demonstrating Fujitsu's latest cutting-edge products, services and technologies. This includes the company's initiatives to build safe, secure and sustainable cities; its approach to leveraging ICT to give customers a competitive edge, as well as the cloud and big data analysis technologies that make this possible.

The Fujitsu Group will pursue the continuous "reshaping" of today's information and communication technologies (ICT) with the goal of helping transform society and our customers' businesses, while also aiming to achieve further growth for the Fujitsu Group and its customers.

    • 80 to 90 minutes to Tokyo Station by Limousine Bus
    • 53 minutes to Tokyo Station by JR Narita Express
  • From Haneda Airport
    • 23 minutes to Hamamatsucho Station by Monorail

1. Fujitsu Headquarters (HQ)
Fujitsu HQ is located near Shimbashi station in central Tokyo. Executives including the President and Chairman, and the Sales Group, Marketing Group and Global Business Group are in this building, located in the Shiodome City Center. Meeting rooms are situated on the 24th floor and executive meeting rooms can be found on the 32nd floor. You can enjoy great views from these meeting rooms.

 

2. netCommunity (nC)
netCommunity presents Fujitsu's vision of a dynamic and prosperous future built on social innovations. Through demonstrations, netCommunity explores the kinds of social changes and ICT innovations necessary to realize this vision of the future. This facility is suitable for all kinds of customers. It is located near Fujitsu HQ. (10 minute walk). Demonstrations take around 1.5~2 hours.

3. Trusted Cloud Square (TCS)
The facility is located in Hamamatsu-cho, a 5 minute train ride from Fujitsu HQ. At TCS visitors can experience Fujitsu cloud computing through demonstrations that last for about 1.5 ~ 2 hours.

  • ICT infrastructure optimization based on virtualization technology or server consolidation which is supported by private clouds
  • Operation optimization through lifecycle consolidation management following installation
  • Cloud services using networks
  • Fujitsu leading edge technology, products and services including next-generation supercomputers and the latest datacenter

 

4. Fujitsu Lab Exhibition Room (FLAB)
The Fujitsu Laboratories (FLAB) Kawasaki Office exhibition room showcases many of the research activities carried out by Fujitsu Labs. It is located in FLAB HQ in Kawasaki, next to the Fujitsu Technology Hall which is introduced in next paragraph. It takes about an hour from Fujitsu HQ and the duration of the tour is also about an hour.

The FLAB Exhibition room consists of the following 5 zones:

  • Developing information systems that that work 24/7
  • Connecting people, products and services in a network-based society
  • Creating intuitive interfaces that make technology easier to use
  • Striving for higher security and lower environmental impact
  • Developing leading-edge technologies that create a pathway to tomorrow

5.  Fujitsu Technology Hall
 With our eyes fixed to the future, we have developed various technologies. The technologies are products people love. Our long-held belief is that ideas come from customers. The new services that we create connect people to each other and provide solutions to social issues. The Fujitsu Technology Hall is filled with evidence of Fujitsu's inexhaustible enthusiasm. The exhibit ranges from products representing their times to the latest in information and communication technology (ICT) used around the world today. Please feel free to touch our exhibits as much as you like and enjoy them. The tour takes about 1.5~2 hours.
