openCRYPT™ products use standardized open interfaces for encryption and decryption.
openCRYPT™-SERV
offers for BS2000/OSD-systems together with openCRYPT™-BOX cryptographic basis functions. As a canal-coupled external Co-processor openCRYPTTM-BOX is available for the encoding orders. openCRYPT™-SERV is based on the PKCS#11 V2.11 interface and provides BS2000/OSD applications with a function interface for accessing cryptographic functions.
The PKCS#11 interface (Public-Key Cryptography Standards#11 (Cryptoki)) is a de facto standard developed by RSA laboratories in cooperation with security systems developers from industry, universities and government, and provides specifications for accelerating public key encryption and decryption.
openCRYPT™-SOFT
is an optional integrated solution for cryptographic functions on Business Servers of the SX series. It supports, the PKCS#11 based application interface of openCRYPT™-SERV. For SX servers openCRYPT-SOFT prepares functions, that are produced for S server by the openCRYPT™-BOX. |
