ServerView® Customer Self Service

for PRIMERGY servers greatly helps to lower service efforts and times.
It greatly helps to lower service efforts and times concept for PRIMERGY servers. It easily allows to identify faulty CSS components, order these components online via ServerView Operations Manager and replace the compenents by yourself. By default PRIMERGY servers are equipped with corresponding LEDs on the server's control panel and on the rear helping to quickly determine the CSS components. Beyond that for more detailled and convenient local diagnostics the supplementary components ServerView® Local Service Panel and ServerView® Local Service Display are available.

ServerView® Local Service Panel

allows easily to determine a defective PRIMERGY component locally at the server's front. In addition to the server's LEDs it clearly indicates the category of the defective component and paticularly whether self replacement is possible.

ServerView® Local Service Display

enables to easily determine the PRIMERGY server's status directly at the server's front. All status messages and CSS information is displayed for comprehensive and detailled information.

ServerView® Remote Management

enables extensive control of PRIMERGY servers regardless of the system status – even in out-of-band operation.

ServerView® Online Diagnostics

as part of ServerView® Operations Manager it allows preventive component stress tests for managed servers, so potential failures can be determined at an early stage.
