Enterprise products
PRIMERGY servers
Fujitsu Siemens Computers will present its new Intel-based
PRIMERGY BX 600 blade servers for the first time at CeBIT. Designed
for mid-tier applications like FlexFrameTM for mySAPTM Business
Suite, these servers are able to significantly raise efficiency in
data centers. Equipped with 10 dual Intel® Xeon™ -based
blades in a chassis comprising seven height units, they ensure
flexible scalability as well as low operating costs.
New Intel Xeon multiprocessor technology for PRIMERGY RX600
and TX600
Fujitsu Siemens Computers is set to directly boost
performance by up to 41 percent when it introduces new servers from
its PRIMERGY RX600 and TX600 ranges. The latest models will be
based on new Intel Xeon multiprocessor technology (MP), with clock
rates of up to 3 GHz, and can be equipped with as many as four
processors. The doubling of third level cache to 2 or 4 MB, as well
as the 400 MHz front side bus, guarantee higher performance
bandwidths perfectly suited to current and future requirements.
VXA-2 PacketLoader 1x10
Fujitsu Siemens Computers also shows at CeBIT the VXA-2
PacketLoader 1x10, a 1U rack-mountable automated backup and restore
product built with VXA Packet Technology and Exabyte’s
world-renowned robotics. The arrival of the newest autoloader
signals a breakthrough in price, performance and capacity for this
class of automation products. It is ultra-compact and ideal for
unattended backup.
“FlexFrame for mySAP Business Suite” Powered by
SAP NetWeaver
For Business Critical Computing environments, Fujitsu Siemens
Computers is offering FlexFrame™ for mySAP™ Business
Suite – an innovative IT infrastructure based on SAP’s
Adaptive Computing concept -, which is powered by SAP NetWeaver.
Key to the new concept is that hardware resources are kept
independent of the SAP applications, thus permitting efficient and
flexible management of the entire solution. The result is a
guarantee of consistent savings on TCO from the infrastructure
level on up. Also new to this context is the first-ever integration
of an Itanium IA64 server into the FlexFrame concept and the
FlexFrame demonstration on Fujitsu Siemens Computers’
Solaris/Sparc-based PRIMEPOWER servers.
PRIMEPOWER servers
Also on display at CeBIT are new models from the PRIMEPOWER
family with SPARC64 processors running at a 1.3 GHz clock rate. The
resulting 30 percent performance improvement and doubling of memory
capacity make these units especially attractive for use in
applications in business critical computing environments.

The STYLISTIC ST5010 has a 12.1-inch display and weighs only
1.54 kg. Internet connections are taken care of by Intel
Centrino™ mobile technology via integrated 54 Mbit/s wireless

additional battery, which allows them to use the tablet PC on the
move for an entire working day (up to eight hours). Another novelty
being premiered at CeBIT is a new tablet PC version with outdoor
display.
LIFEBOOK S Series professional notebook
The new LIFEBOOK S7010, to be presented to the general public
