Fujitsu Siemens Computers and T-Systems Conclude International Cooperation Agreement

MUNICH/FRANKFURT, December 13, 2004 — T-Systems and Fujitsu Siemens Computers announced today the signing of a strategic partnership that encompasses a world wide cooperation, primarily for computer workplaces and server infrastructure services. The companies are looking to jointly develop and market new solutions. The agreement extends the existing international hardware resale cooperation and framework contracts.

The new cooperation builds on the long-standing collaboration between T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom's business customer subsidiary, and Fujitsu in Asia and Fujitsu Siemens Computers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The partnership has already proven project results in countries such as Germany, Hungary, Singapore and South Africa.

In addition to the sales agreement, the companies are taking this cooperation a step further: T-Systems and Fujitsu Siemens Computers will establish a Technology Circle to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences. In addition, they will conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, using the results to align their solution and product portfolios even more closely to the needs of the business customers.
