Fujitsu Siemens Computers announces Changes to Management
team
Richard Schlauri appointed as Executive Vice President IT
Product Services worldwide
Munich/Germany, March 06, 2007 —Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT company,
announces that Richard Schlauri has been appointed Executive Vice
President IT Product Services worldwide as of April 1, 2007. He
will continue acting as the Senior Vice President IT Product
Services Germany until a successor is found. Richard Schlauri will
replace Neil Allpress, who will leave the company on April 6, 2007
for personal reasons.
"We are approximately a year into the integration of our
platform business and IT Product Services, and on the right path to
provide true value-add to our existing and potential customers. The
past year has been spent aligning our businesses, identifying our
opportunities and synergies as well as implementing our new
structure," said Bernd Bischoff, President and CEO of Fujitsu
Siemens Computers. "Neil Allpress has been a key figure in
guiding the integration of our organizations, and has been very
successful in his role. I would like to thank Neil for all his
efforts and contribution to bringing our integration process
forward and wish him the best for the future."
Richard Schlauri joined Fujitsu Siemens Computers in April
2006 from Siemens Business Services where he was General Manager of
Product Related Services Germany. Richard has had held various
Management positions both in IT-Services and Sales and holds a
degree in Electronic Engineering. He has been a member of the
Executive Council since April 2006.
