Fujitsu launches “Dream Team” campaign for storage and server with ETERNUS and PRIMERGY combination

“Dream Team” campaign supports partners’ business by highlighting the benefits of joined server and storage solutions


Munich, September 23, 2009 —

Fujitsu today announces its “Dream Team” campaign with ETERNUS DX60/DX80 disk storage systems and x86 PRIMERGY servers. The campaign is built upon customer focus points to which Fujitsu contributes the benefits of its Dynamic Infrastructures portfolio. As a first step, these scenarios include two promotions with “My very first 8 Gbit/s SAN” for Storage Area Network and “My very first VMware” for virtualization which are both being promoted globally. For customers, the “Dream Team” campaign simplifies access to business-enhancing technologies such as virtualization and higher-speed data transfer.

The “Dream Team” campaign is not only the latest in Fujitsu’s string of successful “My very first…” promotions, but it also leverages the perfect fit of Fujitsu’s storage and server portfolio, providing channel partners with new opportunities to easily cross-sell these products.

 

The ETERNUS and PRIMERGY “Dream Team” is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses looking for pre-tested and certified system combinations that reflect high business availability and integrate easily into Dynamic Infrastructures. The promotions combine ETERNUS and PRIMERGY systems, allowing channel partners to offer IT consolidation scenarios that are tailor-made to address specific needs, all delivered and maintained by one source.
