What visitors said ...Excerpts from comments made about the Fujitsu Forum 2011:
|
Q: Do I have to register for the Fujitsu Forum, or can I simply come to Munich and attend without advance notice?
A: Registering in advance helps us in planning the event, and we can also make sure that your visit is well-organized so that you get the most out of the Fujitsu Forum.
Q: How can I register?
A: The easiest way is to use the electronic registration form available on the Fujitsu Forum website. Or you can contact your local Fujitsu representative, who will gladly take care of registration for you.
Q: Who can help me with questions related to travel, hotels and transfers to the event site?
A: Munich has wide range of hotels to choose from. You should book your hotel using any one of the popular web portals, such as hrs or booking.com, or you can ask your company to arrange your hotel accommodations for you. For special arrangements, such as group bookings, transfers and other travel matters in Munich, please contact our service provider Bavaria (see "Organizational information" for contact details). Also browse through our website, where you will find helpful information and tips for planning your stay in Munich.
Q: What does it cost to attend the event itself?
A: Admittance to the event is free – food and beverages are also offered at no charge during the event. Visitors are responsible for their own travel and hotel costs.
Q: Is the event program different on each of the two days?
A: The structure, topics and quality of information are the same on both days, but there is a difference in terms of the focus and content. Therefore, attending the event on both days is very worthwhile.
Q: How should I plan my agenda – ad hoc, or should I reserve seats for the keynotes, presentations, etc. in advance?
A: You can plan your agenda any way you like. Our website includes an online Agenda Builder to help you schedule the sessions and presentations you want to attend. You do not have to register for specific keynotes or breakout sessions in advance. If you prefer, you can arrange your agenda when you arrive at the event site.
Q: How can I register for an Expert Talk?
A: Simply choose from the wide range of topics offered and then contact your local Fujitsu representative, who will take care of the rest. Registering for Expert Talks during the event is not possible, unless an exception is made for special reasons. You should register early – seating is limited and the Expert Talks are usually fully booked well in advance of the event. More information and details about the Expert Talks program will be available on this website starting June 1, 2012.
Q: I am interested in many of the breakout sessions, but I will not have enough time to attend all of them. Where can I find the content discussed in these sessions?
A: Complete documentation will be available in the web after the event, so if you miss a session or two, you can download specific information later – with just a click of your mouse. We will also make videos of some of the breakout sessions. You can watch them in the Internet after the event.
Q: Can I arrange an appointment to speak with top Fujitsu executives?
A: If you are a customer, channel partner or technology partner, please get in touch with your company contact well in advance of the event to arrange for an appointment. If you are a journalist, you should contact our PR department to arrange interviews. We will then get in touch with you concerning further details.
