Increasing relevance of hardware tasks requires more support then a product warranty can offer. To ensure the right level of availability, ServicePack/Contract Hardware offers a defined response- or recover time with a selectable duration of up to 5 years. Depending on the issue, the Fujitsu ServiceDesk reacts remotely or via a broad services partner network on-site.

Offsite

  • Remote fix is not possible? -> repair takes place offsite the customers location. The system either collected from the customer or needs to bring/send to the ServiceDesk

Respond

  • Remote fix is not possible? -> repair takes place onsite, at the customers location

  • Response time = technician arrives with the diagnosed spare part

Recover

  • Remote fix is not possible? -> repair takes place onsite, at the customers location

  • Recover time = technician recovers the operational readiness
