Activation

This site can be used to activate your purchased Support Pack(s) against your Hard-/Software serial numbers. By this activation you will confirm which Support Pack Service applies to your equipment at which address. This will ensure that our warranty database is updated to reflect your purchase and that your service requirements are known to our Service Providers.

There are two kinds of activation keys, (1) the activation key for Standard Registration of a single Support Pack and (2) a so called master activation key for Solution Registration including SolutionPack and multiple Support Packs HW/SW.

Please note that in the course of warranty service we process the personal and contact data of you or your dedicated contacts (name, address, e-mail address, phone number) as provided to us by you. Should you have purchased the Support Pack(s) from a Fsas Technologies Sales Partner, we transfer such data to the contractual Fsas Technologies Sales Partner and Service Partner, in order to deliver the required service and to proactively inform you when the service is about to expire. For further information on data processing and the information to be provided according to Article 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation") please refer to the Fsas Technologies Warranty Booklet and/or the local data protection information, as applicable for your territory. This can be found on the website of your local Fsas Technologies country entity.
