Minimal technical requirements

• HTTP 1.1 has to be enabled. Please go to Internet Options => Advanced => Scroll to HTTP 1.1 settings => tick both boxes (Use HTTP 1.1 and Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections).
• Either ActiveX or Java JRE have to be enabled. For ActiveX you need to be logged on as main user or administrator. You must have at least local power user privileges. Java JRE only requires normal user rights without restrictions.
• Supported Operating Systems:
  • Windows XP SP3
  • Windows Vista SP2
  • Windows 7 SP1
• To use SSL VPN you need one of the following browsers:
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2 or above
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or above
